The FW0E70 Heavy Duty Cast Fifth Wheel Features:

- cast top plate machined flat, providing greater load bearing area, and reducing friction and uneven wear

Eliminates the use of grease on the top plate and between top plate and bracket. (Grease is still required in the locking mechanism.) Molded non-abrasive inserts in the top plate and austempered ductile iron pocket inserts eliminate the need for lubrication in these areas.
